The patches work great. I ordered a box at the height of my pain. Relief came rather quickly, and after a couple of days I went to bed forgetting to put a patch on. In the middle of the night I was awaken by a dull ache in my knee. For a few days afterward I made sure to have a patch on and the pain has subsided.
